The industrial interior is done up to create a loft-style environment more accustomed to the trendy restaurants you find in Meatpacking. However, located on the corner of 6th Ave and 58th Street, the ever-present bankers of 9 W. 57th are its mainstay patrons.

Order the double ribbed steak for two - one lesson...always order steak for 2. Chomping on the huge bone will make you forget that you are a suit and not a country loving, farmer from Nebraska. Tip - do not go to a steakhouse with a non-meat lover. It takes all the fun out of it.

For sides...I always need one potato dish as well as my creamed spinach. Unfortunately, Quality Meats very strangely does not offer creamed spinach. While this is definitely a huge setback, Quality meats has what they term the "new classics"- of which choice dishes include Corn Creme Brulee and Gnocchi and cheese. The Corn Creme Brulee almost, just almost makes up for the lack of creamed spinach.

For dessert - it's all about the ice cream. Everything from the classic Vanilla Bean, to exciting additions like Coffee & Doughnuts and Strawberry Shortcake.
