A tip from my mom who is a the all knowing expert on health - cinnamon has the ability to improve one's mood! Think of it as a spice that can add a little bit of happiness to your morning routine.
For the best results - sprinkle some cinnamon in with your ground coffee into your filter or press. The cinnamon will infuse with the coffee giving it a wonderful aroma and adding a spunky kick to your mornin' joe.
P.S. Sprinkle pistachios with your trail mix or granola - they also have mood enhancers. Hey, these days we need all the help we can get.
